Mary offers full training to your sales team and parts department so they are knowledgeable in the use of our products. Your customers are confident in the products they need to properly care for their RV. An online training video is in the works! Here is a quick start suggestion: Place a copy or two of Mary’s cleaning booklet “Whistle While You Work *Three” in your waiting room for folks to read as they wait for service or parts. They learn proper cleaning techniques and are led to the right tools for the job, which await them in your parts department. 1) A Dealer Application . Once filled out you will receive a password to order products online. Be sure to include your website and short directions to your dealership or store. You will be listed in our online database so customers looking for Mary Moppins products will find you.
2) Cleaning Instructions for proper methods to wash and clean the exterior and interior of an RV as well as solutions for common cleaning problems found on used RVs.
3) Product Guide A full description of our products and how to use each item. It’s a handy reference to keep at your parts department counter.
